Joyce at the front desk is an absolute marvel. She makes you feel like you are being welcomed home.

Hotel is being renovated when we went. First clerk was great but we were early - she was friendly & very welcoming. The night clerk was extremely rude & never even looked at us. Rooms were clean, but old, but they are doing updates, so might be better next time.

I would like to start off by saying that the front desk staff & the breakfast attendants were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly kind to me, my partner, and our dog. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out and made a strong positive impression on our stay. Secondly, I feel it’s important to address a false review left by a group of women who stayed in the room next door to us. They claimed that me and my partner were “screaming through the walls” and complained how they were charged an extra fee for smoking (& even put it in quotations as if they weren’t smoking at all and still got charged for it.) In reality, the situation was quite the opposite. This is a non-smoking hotel, yet the smell of weed was seeping into both our room and the entire hallway. It was impossible to ignore (mind you, we have a dog who we don’t want around that.) In addition to the smoke issue, these guests were causing repeated disturbances. They scratched at the side door that’s connected to our room & attempted to open it, barked back at our dog while she was clearly distressed, and behaved in a way that was disruptive and immature (so yes, we yelled through the walls to tell you to cut the crap out!) The front desk handled the entire situation professionally and appropriately. I don’t blame the hotel staff whatsoever for taking the necessary steps to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests. Actions have consequences, and the front desk did exactly what they’re supposed to do in a non-smoking hotel. That $500 fine and room change is YOUR fault. If guests choose to smoke, the solution is simple: go outside or to your car & if you can’t act mature, maybe don’t stay in a hotel in general. Hotel policies exist for a reason, and respecting them ensures everyone can enjoy their stay. Huge shout-out to the front desk team for their professionalism, patience, and genuine care for their guests. They truly went above and beyond, and because of them, I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is in the process of upgrading so things should be improved in the rooms. We took notes of things that needed to be worked on. Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant & made sure our requests were handled. Breakfast is typical with waffle maker, cereals, muffins, bagels, bread for toasting, eggs, sausage, yogurt, etc. We would stay here again if traveling this way.

Very clean well laid out place extremely polite employees room service doesn't bug u unless you request it breakfast is very decent only COMPLAINT I have was being a trucker on the road I was stuck with some dirty clothes and needed to wash but their GUEST washer was out of service

Pretty good experience, especially the breakfast. Will definitely consider booking again when back nearby.

I was in Concord for the week to go to bike week in Laconia. This hotel was within easy riding distance. The staff was terrific, breakfast was good, and I had a very enjoyable stay. They really went out of their way to treat us right. A very fair priced, and professional hotel.

The rooms are nice, the breakfast is decent, and the staff is nice. Affordable place to stay if you are in the Concord area. Rooms have complimentary postcards lol. Took off a star because it's a bit difficult to find your way into the parking lot and because the pool was closed (although the hotel next store was allowing guests from here use the pool, which was nice of them).
